Ingrid Rich - Transitional Care Coordinator
Ingrid has been a registered nurse for over 20 years. Her extensive experiences include working in the ICU, disease management, and patient educator for those suffering with chronic diseases such as congestive heart failure, pulmonary diseases such as COPD and asthma, and diabetes. She has lived in Peru for 7 years performing medical work in the Amazon basin. She then lived in Kenya where she ran multiple medical clinics near the Sudanese and Ethiopian borders. She also has extensive experience in women’s health, pediatrics, and home care and hospice. Her passion is community health and serving the people in her own community. She is fluent in Spanish and Dutch, and she and her husband live with their 4 children.
Cynthia Grinder - Transitional Care Coordinator
Cynthia has worked in Idaho as a state-licensed social worker for 14 years in various settings with both children and adults. She loves helping people find stability by linking them with the resources they need. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband, 2 college-age daughters, and pets.
Zac Friberg - Transitional Care Coordinator
Zac received his Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Northwest Nazarene University. He has worked in the ICU and Telemetry units, Trauma Recovery and Acute Care units, Women and Children’s Crisis Center in Peru, home health and hospice, and as a community resource nurse. He is an active member of his church and has a passion for community outreach. Zac and his wife live with their 2 children.
